Early in my career I had no idea how bad I was delivering a design critique. I basically told people (usefully developers) that their baby (website or web application) was really ugly and they ought to fix it. I even told them how to fix it.

Sinds ik in maart moeder ben geworden, ben ik het mikpunt van marketingcampagnes. Eigenlijk al eerder, want het begon toen ik zwanger was. A Plague on both your houses!

I can only assume old Willy Shakespeare was trying to update to the latest version of Adobe Reader on his Windows 7 laptop when he uttered this famous phrase.

I mean really. I expect to run into the odd software install problem when I'm introducing an obscure little app into my machine.
