Persuasion Course

I just finished teaching the HFI persuasion course in the USA for the first time. It did everything i wanted. I think every participant got a new lens for viewing designs. Th lens sometimes conflicts directly with the classic usability viewpoint and I saw a number of CUAs have their heads pop open from the conflict.
